SEMI - EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL TRAINING
Cross Training is a versatile, functional training method encompassing many modalities across the spectrum of exercise. Cross Trainers engage in various forms of running/sprinting, cycling, swimming, circuit training, lifting, boxing, HIIT, aerobics, and various other forms in order to maintain and increase athleticism.
This style of training provides an edge that greatly impacts cardio stamina, strength, agility, power, speed, coordination, improving overall performance.
I Coach at Cross Training San Marco Gym, a Semi-Exclusive Personal Training Gym in Jacksonville, FL, specializing in Small Group Training. We start each person off with an initial consultation and assessment. During the consult we briefly go over family health history, we discuss your goals, I let you how we operate and what to expect, then I put you on the floor for your workout (your fitness assessment).
The Fitness Assessment allows us to see where your current level of conditioning is and where to start you.
